**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling quotes and fuel authorisations for 3,000+ locations globally, serving 4,000 flight departments totalling 16,000 + aircraft.
- Supporting the European sales team with administrative duties and follow up calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Supporting operation staff with FBO and customer service duties, invoice processing and light aircraft handling duties.
- Promote the Avfuel/Avflight brand and contract fuel program.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have and aptitude for phonetics and radio communications where required.
- Work well under pressure, coping with a diverse, highly procedural industry while maintaining a flexible approach to all aspects of your work.
- Must be able to resolve customer request, questions and complaints regarding Avflight services or products.

**Requirements**:

- Flexible working hours including shift and weekend work. Initially working from 0600 - 1400 local, Monday to Friday.
- In good health - a medical certificate is required to grant an Airside driving permit.
- All staff must comply with company Health & Safety policy in addition to operating procedures and any Ground Staff Instructions issued by the Operations Manager.
- A desire to further your skill set through relevant industry training.
