We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful client working as a Receptionist in LS15 on a growing business park. You will be involved in both the Reception and Administration side of the business and it is a really great opportunity to enter orcontinue an Administrative role. Ideal for an Apprenticeship leaver, someone from retail or hospitality or someone who has done a similar role before.
Your role - Taking around 14 calls a day
- Filing/sorting/printing documents.
- Distributing post within the office.
- Booking/preparing meeting rooms.
- Arranging refreshments/lunches for meetings.
- Ordering stationary/office supplies.
- Assisting with any ad-hoc admin tasks
- At least 1 year reception/admin/customer service experience
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional manner.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
