Head of Employer Engagement

The University of Greenwich is seeking an experienced and transformative leader with expert knowledge of graduate labour market trends for the role of Head of Employer Engagement (maternity cover), to shape and drive the next phase of meaningful engagement between employer partners and our students.
The role will manage three teams to plan and deliver all aspects of employer engagement; identifying new opportunities in the labour market, ensuring the development of services and programmes that support the strategic aims of the university. You will be expected to develop networks, engage new partners, and work closely with Greenwich alumni as employers.
This is a fast paced, deadline-driven position which requires commercial awareness, tenacity and a genuine desire to work collaboratively with employers, students, employability colleagues and University stakeholders.
The role is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover position for 12 months.
