**What is the role about?**
As an Artworker, you will be expected to manage the delivery of artwork into omni-channel formats, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
You will work closely with:
- Marketing
- Production
- Creative and editorial teams
**What you will be doing**:
- Act in accordance with the Partnership’s purpose and democratic principles, constructively participating in co-ownership, and demonstrating to customers and each other that it is a better way of doing business. Share your knowledge, experiences, ideas and opinion to improve the Partnership, speaking honestly and frequently.
- Invest in your personal and professional development to achieve your potential, by doing more, doing better, or doing different. Continuously engage with and actively contribute to your Profession.
- Take responsibility for actively engaging with change.
- You will be responsible for managing a high volume of projects and deliverables simultaneously, while keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on status through prioritising workloads and keeping to critical paths.
- You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, typographical and colour expertise, coupled with an in-depth understanding of materiality and formats.
- You are expected to ensure final work is approved and ready to be customer facing. Adherence to brand guidelines and templates will also be required.
- Having the technical skills to ensure accurate press-ready and digital-ready artwork for channels is also expected.
- You will also be required to continually improve the standards of delivery to support our creative strategy and be exploring innovative new ways to deliver our creative output.
**What you’ll have**:
- Experienced in creating press-ready artwork.
- Experienced in creating omni-channel and digital artworking.
- Experienced Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of essential digital and social media platforms.
- What else could you bring:
- Experience of financial service marketing or communications
- Experience of Financial Promotions regulatory, legal and compliance standards
- Working within a creative team, either in-house or agency.
