**As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll**
- ** Drive sales**:Pitch & sell your services to schools to secure partnerships. Assist schools with both temporary and permanent vacancies rapidly
- ** Hunt for talent**:Find and connect with the very best educators using job ads, CV searches, and referrals
- ** Network**:Attend client meetings, school visits, and industry events such as expos and recruitment fairs

- ** Lucrative earnings**: Realistic first-year earnings of **£38,000** (based off £26.75k starting salary) with potential to exceed this. Plus, **uncapped commission with no threshold** - There is no limit on your commission from day 1. You will also **increase your base salary** with every key milestone hit.
