We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced, Accounts Executive to join our Senior management team and to support the nurseries with day-to-day financial tasks. You will be working closely with the Company Directors, Business Manager and Finance Manager to continue to drive our establishments from strength to strength.

**What we are looking for**:
At least 1 year of recent nursery or school based financial experience

Ability to multi - task and deal with competing demands.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Xero desirable.

The ability to communicate effectively, confidently at all levels.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong time keeping and able to prioritise.

**Duties**:
Responsible for the monthly invoice run.

In charge of debtors control.

Preparing, posting, and reconciling bank, voucher, and tax-free childcare credit payments.

Assist with monthly payroll processes.

Control and administer tasks relating to funding and headcount.

Assisting the finance Manager in the preparation of statutory financial accounts.

Other finance duties as requested.

The position is full time, 40 hours per week, 51 weeks per year based on you working 5 days per week. We offer buckets of INCENTIVES including ABOVE industry SALARIES & PROGRESSION.
