QED Legal are working with a well-established North Yorkshire law firm in York who are looking for a talented junior Company Commercial Solicitor to join their team in the city.
The right person will have at least 2years’ PQEin a company commercial, corporate, or commercial contracts team in either private practice or in-house.
Day to day you will carry your own caseload and also assist Partners on a broad range of transactional and advisory work. You will be dealing with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and refinancing, commercial contracts, joint ventures and partnerships.
The firm has a real mixed bag of clients and work. From local and regional SME’s to larger national work, with deals into the £multi-millions.
The firm can offer one of the most transparent career progression plans in the industry. No longer is it impossible to gauge how you move forward in your career. From paralegal level up partner level there is a clear blueprint in order to succeed through thefirms career development plan.
If you are a junior Solicitor with no room to grow and progress this would be the perfect place for you.
