We're now on the look out for a new colleague to complete our #TeamPollaine in Stonehaven on a part-time (25 hours per week) basis. We also have relief opportunities too if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.

**The Role**

You'll become part of a friendly, fun team who supports a lady and gentleman to live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be supporting with their day to day needs which involves personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.

**About you**

**You don't need experience in care as a Support Worker to start your career with us;**we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too

**All we’ll need you to bring is: -**
- Good listening and communication skills
- A caring attitude and approach
- Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
- A positive approach to learning
- Good team working skills along with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Confidence in the use of computers
- A driving license and access to your own vehicle if you don't live within the Stonehaven locality

**Shift Patterns**

The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of **£96**for every sleepover you work.

**Please note** - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
