Job Overview:
We are currently seeking multiple dedicated Senior Care Workers to join our new team in providing compassionate care to individuals in need. We provide specialist ABI, head injury Care to Executives and their families. Live in and respite care is given to fully with a professional background, our care workers enjoy being amongst interesting clients with varied backgrounds, clients including government officers to stunt men for James Bond.

The role involves supporting individuals in various settings in private residences in Heathfield & Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas in Kent and East Sussex. We can fully train anyone who is self employed and looking for another revenue stream working 1-2 days a week/fortnight. We welcome anymore whom is setting up a business in Personal Training, Alternative therapies, and needs an extra income and any student in the healthcare space. All our client are adults, working age and have had an ABI. The typical brain injury, ABI ranges a great deal, and we match your personality to the clients and their families.

**Duties**:

- Providing personal care assistance to individuals in line with their care plans
- including live in respite care
- Holiday cover and even the chance to go away on holiday.
- We use easy to report mobile apps to help save you time and to communicate with families - full training is given.
- Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals with Head Injury (ABI) by employing effective behaviour management techniques
- Administering medication as prescribed and ensuring compliance with medication schedules
- Preparing and serving meals while adhering to dietary requirements
- Driving individuals to appointments or outings when necessary
- Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in care work, particularly in head injury (ABI) and in care homes
- Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driving licence & DBS certificate is valid in last 12 months - we pay for your renewal
- Proficient in behaviour management techniques for challenging situations
- Knowledge of administering medication safely and accurately
- Experience in home care settings is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
