Here at GXO, we are looking for a **Fleet Administrator** to join our team in Andover on the Coop contract. You will be working alongside the Compliance Manager and will be responsible for looking after a large fleet of HGV’s, to make sure all essential requirements are up to date, so the operation is successful.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Documentation to be kept up to date, accessible and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines
- Provide information for weekly reviews with the maintenance providers
- Work closely with the Transport Teams and on site VMU to ensure problems are dealt with promptly for operational success
- Engage with both operational teams and third parties to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Previous involvement in vehicle fleet administration
- Knowledge of legislation relating to fleet compliance
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office - mainly Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
