Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client who is ingrained into the Shropshire community is seeking a commercial property solicitor to work alongside a knowledgeable solicitor with a considerable following to assist with the fee earning along with the growth and development of the department.
The firm:
The firm is a long-standing Shropshire firm that has a warm, welcoming, and friendly feel to it. It maintains a traditional feel to it with separate offices as opposed to open plan but still utilises modern technology and is very progressive
The role:
The role itself is coming on board alongside a senior solicitor who has an extensive following. The workload is varied consisting of farming clients, a few big-ticket clients along with general run of the mill commercial property work. This position has arisendue to increases in workload. This is a great opportunity to work closely with long standing clients, building and developing these relationships to take over from the senior solicitor in the next five years.
The person:
Our client is looking for a Shropshire based commercial property solicitor with at least six years’ commercial property experience. You must be used to working as part of a team on a wide array of commercial property matters.
