Our award-winning division NPS Leeds have a fantastic career opportunity for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our division on a permanent basis. We are in a big period of growth and are delivering some fantastic projects for Leeds and York City Councils.

As Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for protecting our clients and publics interest ensuring that retrofit schemes meet PAS-2035 compliance and are safe, high quality and perform to their maximum potential. Other duties will also include.
- Overseeing the retrofit process from start to finish.
- Carrying out risk assessments according to PAS 2035 requirements.
- Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
- Visiting site to review projects and advise installers on an occasional basis.
- Experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
- Open College West Midlands Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and the risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
- Full UK driving licence.

This position is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 37hours per week, Monday to Friday.
