We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team of friendly and highly driven In-house Resourcing professionals to make a positive difference to someone’s life by managing and coordinating our team of Bank Support Workers to fill service shift requirements in the aim of reducing agency spend in a very busy and fast paced environment.

**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday + on-call (done on a rota basis within the team)
- On-call - Monday to Friday 6am - 9am & 5pm - 10pm
- On-call - Saturday and Sunday 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Consultant;
- Build effective relationships with services, clients, and agency staff in order to effectively allocate work to accommodate need within working hours and whilst working on call.
- Where relevant, provide rotas, key safe information, client details, etc. to the relevant employee/agency members in order to ensure vital/relevant information is available for a high quality service to be delivered
- Maintain internal databases and where required produce reports from the databases. (People Planner)
- Effectively manage the agency purchase order system on a weekly basis and support in authorising invoices
- Accurately input/amend shift/visit information in order to allocate and confirm and where relevant, charge for work completed for reporting, accounting and payroll purposes.
- Partake as a panel member on interviews and bank recruitment open days.
- Monitor and maintain all databases and systems, keeping them up to date at all times
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the department and fully supportive of fellow colleagues.
***What are we looking for?**
- Have experience working within an agency, Recruitment, HR or a training setting or a very busy call centre is essential.
- Have experience of high level office administration work.
- Have experience of IT systems, databases and MS Office.
- Have experience of using databases to manipulate and retrieve data.
- Have experience of working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
- Hold a full valid driving licence with access to own car.
- Able to prioritise own workload, meet deadlines and be self-motivated.
- Ability to Multi-task at a very fast pace and excellent time management.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
