Our client is an independent estate agency, and they are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager / Administrator to be based in Esher, Surrey.

Focusing on retirement living, their approach to agency is made unique by the needs, wants and circumstances of a growing section of the market looking to buy, rent, sell and let properties.

Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of properties, handling property inspections, and other ad-hoc duties where required. To be considered you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within residential property management, be highlyorganised, an excellent communicator with ARLA qualifications being an advantage.

Personal specification:

- Experience within residential property management/lettings administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- IT literate
- Friendly personality
- Full UK driving licence and your own car for inspections.

Our client is flexible with regards to working days/hours. This can be discussed on interview.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 (pro-rata’d) depending on experience. Benefits include 21 days holiday (pro-rata’d).
