Absolute Executive Search are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager/Manager to work within our client's Tax Advisory Group based predominantly in their Worthing office, with the flexibility to also work from home and/or at one their other officesacross Sussex.

If you are not CTA qualified, you must be ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax advisory role.

**Responsibilities would include**:

- Producing reports and letters of advice for a number of tax advisory issues
- Liaising with clients and attending meetings with partners
- Training and reviewing work of junior members of staff
- Assisting partners with developing and monitoring processes
- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills, including monitoring timetables and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
