Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is hiring at our multi-million pound, purpose-built processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.

We have a brand new opportunity for an Environmental Coordinator to join the team and support our Environmental Manager.

**Job requirements of Environmental Coordinator**:

- Focus on delivering environmental regulatory compliance through maintaining robust systems, and providing advice, support and guidance to the business
- Work alongside our Environmental Manager to fulfil our ambitious Second Nature goals to become the most sustainable meat company in the world
- Support with internal and external audits, preparing information and creating interest and engagement in our shared environmental goals.

**What you will need**:

- To be confident communicating, motivating and inspiring people at all levels of the business
- Highly organised and able to thrive within a fast paced environment
- To be driven and passionate
- Ideally to have relevant membership of a professional body, though this is not essential
- Ideally to have some experience within an environmental role, though this is not essential

**Pay and benefits**:

- Salary - £24000 - £30000
- Pension - 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
