**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As a Workshop Controller (Semi Productive), you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading your department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner, in line with the Vindis Vision, and building an accountable and progressive business unit.
- Ensuring that the Workshop Team has a clear understanding of the performance of the department and the wider business. Implementing a robust approach for ensuring that employees have visibility of daily objectives, and that progress is updated appropriately throughout the day. Ensuring that proactive action is taken to achieve successful outcomes.
- Evaluating and distributing servicing and maintenance work, based upon an effective understanding of skillsets and competencies.
- Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your department are complete, accurate and aligned with any governing quality standards.
- Ensuring that all employees within your department have received the direction, training and knowledge needed to be able to conduct their roles effectively, and to develop into specialists within their chosen areas.

**Prerequisites**:

- Previous relevant experience required
- Previous motor industry experience required
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
