This is an exciting opportunity to champion regional and partnership working across the region of West Glamorgan (Swansea, Neath Port Talbot) to achieve a coordinated response to meeting workforce needs as well as the promotion of social care as an attractive and rewarding career. We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of working with and acting as the link between key stakeholders and other groups such as provider forums, offering opinions, feedback and analysis of workforce development and the key priorities of the partnership.
