Acting on behalf of my client a nationwide property maintenance & refurbishment company, Workforce On Demand require physically fit labourers for an **immediate **start to carry out a soft strip out of a hotel in Edinburgh (EH1) postcode

**Duties**:

- Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Moving of hotel room soft furnishings into storage - TV stand, vanity furniture etc prior to rooms being redecorated
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment at all times
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding task
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

**Requirements**:

- CSCS Card preferred but not essential as long as have previous on site labouring experience
- Safety Boots, High Viz Vest

Duration:

- **Must be available to work 12 days on and 2 days**:

- **Must be available for weekend work**:

- **Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm**:

- **Slightly later starts on weekends**

Can pay - CIS (UTR Number required) or PAYE
