**Role Responsibilities **
- Deliver and design product, system, process, regulatory and technical training solutions which enhance employee's knowledge, awareness, and productivity. While accurately recording and maintain training & competence records to evidence competence.
- To own and deliver the new joiner induction process working with line managers to identify competency gaps of new starters and existing employees. Contributing towards development plans and objectives to enable all teams to have the necessary competency levels required for their role.
- Provide training to ensure quality and regulatory awareness, standards, and clear understanding in accordance with PIB Group requirements and regulatory standards are maintained.
- Act as a role model for learning and development relationships and to become the first port of call for product, system, processes, regulatory and technical training guidance.
- Understand the business requirements and work with the management team to analyse and identify technical competency gaps, development needs and deliver appropriate training solutions to address these requirements.
- Provide solutions to improve efficiencies for issues identified within process or performance, establish a route to competence, developed in association with the business, what good looks like and assess against this.
- To deliver and facilitate training and other learning solutions in an effective manner than meets the expectations of the learner and the business objectives for improved performance.
- Experience of working within a Regulated FCA environment, in line with T&C requirements and understand the compliance role within regulated industry with proven experience.
- Able to achieve results in a friendly manner but at the same time maintain quality and standards Whilst being able to articulate and communicate training to the business.
- Creative in designing and delivering learning interventions.
- You will act as a role model and champion for learning and development
- Able to communicate to the highest of standards at any level and be a great relationship builder
