Operations Assistant
- £18,525 per annum, 22 days holiday (+ bank holidays)

**Overall Responsibility**

Assisting and working as part of the Operations Team with responsibility for processing and completing all orders that arrive from either our Far East suppliers or In-House Print production team. There will also be other ad hoc duties as defined by your line management.

**Keys Areas**
- Handling Far East & UK shipments and preparing for processing
- Processing Royal Mail, UPS (or other courier labels)
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Undertaking QA checks
- Data-loading USB Memory sticks
- Picking stock for UK print / engraving
- Assisting with the general maintenance of the warehouse

**Skill Set / Qualifications**
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritize and manage workload
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
