**Role Purpose**

The general administration of the transport office, dealing with claims handlers, drivers and customers to ensure efficient delivery of vehicles to a high standard of service. Providing a point of reference and advice for the claims office with regards to vehicle enquiries following a road traffic accident.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients to facilitate delivery or a suitable vehicle
- Consulting with Driver Manager and Taxi Operations Supervisor in relation to delivery schedules
- Work as a team to succeed and achieve set objectives and KPI targets
- Data entry of authorised hire claims
- Liaise with drivers when required
- Any reasonable task as required by management

**Training**

You will be given full training and support when starting your roles and throughout your time with Sovereign Automotive

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be customer focused, natural ability to build relationships
- Must be enthusiastic, self motivated and hard working
- Must have excellent time keeping and time management skills to be able to manage your file load
- Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and multi-tasking

**Desirable Qualities**

Although you do not need previous experience within the insurance industry it would be very advantageous if you had an understanding or previous experience in any of the below positions:

- **Insurance Advisor, Claims Advisor, Claims Handler, Telesales Advisor, Insurance Sales Advisor, Motor Claims Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Handler.**_

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturday 9am - 1pm overtime
