**Construction Project Coordinator**

Field /Office Based role

Our client based in Guildford, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator overseeing several construction projects.

**This is a field based role - with company offices in Guildford**

**Covering: Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, West Sussex**

**Use of Company Vechicle and Phone will be provided**

Duties will include:

- To work alongside the Project Manager to be the representative in a field orientated role with customer care as your focus
- You will be the eyes and ears on new and current construction sites to ensure the customer is happy with the progress
- You will need to work closely with the customer liaison manager to feedback any notes from the customer for follow up and any other relevant information
- Technical updates must be communicated to the project manager
- Checking all deliveries of materials on site and reporting back anything that is not correct
- Checking machinery is correct and present on site, alongside site equipment
- To continuously update a customer project plan which shows projects that are in build or due to start to schedule in logístically to visit at least once per week, whilst liaising with the customer to meet them on site
- Introduction to customers on commencement of projects
- Working with the project manager on the handing over of Projects

**Requirements**:

- Solid written/verbal communication
- Organisational skills & attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as CRMs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Can do attitude
- Willing to learn and develop
