Experienced Baker

As a baker, you will be joining our team of 8 to produce an exciting range of hand rolled bagels as well as our range of filled and glazed doughnuts alongside tray bakes, croissants & other baked goods.

We are an exciting young company that is focused on new product development as well as growing the company.

We currently have four retail stores and also serve from our bakery based in Redditch, This is a fun and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic baker with a lot of passion and ideas for development of our current products.

**Person specification**

We are looking for a driven individual who is motivated by creating great results to enhance the product range and expand the business. This job would be ideal for anyone who has worked in large production bakeries or patisserie kitchens and wants to test their skills in a smaller, artisan bakery although experience is not essential. To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:

- Be willing to learn
- Have a passion for food
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- Desire to learn new techniques and recipes
- Able to work to deadlines
- Extensive understanding of EHO and Food Safety Standards
- Flexibility in regards to working hours

**Working hours**

You will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days. Your shift will usually start from 4.00am but this may change in line with the needs of the business. You will need to be flexible working shifts across 7 days.

**Salary**

Dependent on experience.

**Where you’ll be working**

Our bakery is situated in Redditch, B98 7SE. Due to early start times your own transport will be required.
