Position: Online Sales Advisor

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full time (40 hrs per week)

Working days: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

**Salary**: Guaranteed earnings of £45,000-£50,000+ (including basic salary of £20,000-£22,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission). We pay commission the very next month, so you don't have to wait for 22+ weeks for items to be delivered before getting your commission, like with our competitors

As an Online Sales Advisor, you will help develop the NCF Living brand through our online sales. You will deliver first class, friendly customer service, by finding products to perfectly fit our customers’ homes, whether that be a new leather sofa or a dining table set suited to the whole family. Sofas, Dining, Beds, we’ve got something for everyone

**Responsibilities**:
We know that customers love the ease of placing an order from the comfort of their own home and feeling secure in the fact that they have spoken to a professional, friendly advisor to guide them through the sale. As an Online Sales Advisor, you will be delivering first class customer service to our customers over the phone and via live chat, by guiding and advising them on our range of beautiful products.

You will be surrounded by the products we sell, meaning you can provide pictures and videos at the click of a button, helping to turn our customers’ houses into homes.

You will take a personal approach to understanding our customers’ needs and advising them accordingly, ensuring every detail is covered in a professional manner.

**Skills**:

- Previous retail sales experience (2 years+)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for sales and providing an exceptional service
- Positive, engaging and friendly personality
