Salon Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salon Assistant to join our team at The Bushy Brow Co.

As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our salon operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry and work alongside experienced professionals and learn the skills along to way to become a professonal Brow Specialist.

**Duties**:

- Assist stylists and technicians with various salon tasks, including setting up for treatments
- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Greet clients and provide them with a warm welcome
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Attend 1-1 brow training
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a salon or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of front desk operations and appointment scheduling systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn new techniques
- Knowledge of brow and lash treayments desirable but not essential.
