Undertake apartment appraisals and viewings
- Provide advice, information and support to customers
- Preparing property particulars including measurements and photographs where required
- Conduct relevant seller identity checks, financial status of customers to establish their ability to purchase and submit relevant paperwork to Head Office team to comply with Money Laundering regulations
- Work with and maintain regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, including agents and solicitors, throughout the entire sales chain
- Maintain up to date and accurate information on our sales system including contact details and records of viewings from potential purchasers
- Assist with the induction and training of new resales staff
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the Head of Business
- This field-based role and will require regular site visits

**About You**
- Ideally you will have experience of successful selling within an estate agency or letting agency environment and/or within property sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent computer skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience of using a database and/or web-based sales systems
- Customer-focused, empathetic, patient and understanding of differing needs and priorities of other
- Personally motivated, results driven and able to work independently for large proportion of the working day
- Ability to handle and manage difficult conversations with customers and third parties
