Interview Process

We are on the lookout for someone to join our Sweets Shop business and further our business via TikTok. You’ll be the face of our live shopping channels on TikTok, presenting and trying on products to the viewers, help the brands we work with to generate sales through TikTok Live.

Role & Responsibilities:
Presenting & Livestreaming: You will be hosting the brand’s live streaming channel on TikTok per day (minimum 2 hours each live session), promoting our products. Engage with our audience by answering questions, providing product information, and interacting in real time during live sessions.

Sales: You will be sales-oriented, use innovative tactics & have excellent sales knowledge to make sales on TikTok Shop via livestream.

Requirement:

- Confident of being a presenter or actor on-camera presence with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.
- Talkative, Good Expression, High Coordination, Hard work
- Familiar with social media and have a TikTok account. TikTok Influencers are welcome
- Experience in retail sales or E-commerce is preferred.
- Previous experience is preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Must be over 18
- Familiar with social media and have a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account
- Must complete a probation period
- Confident in front of the camera
- Lively, talkative and creative
- Sales experience is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Expected start date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £7.49-£11.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
