We are looking for someone with a kind, compassionate heart, who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. to Join our team in Chester** **in this key role providing Rapid Response Care.

**The role**
As a Salaried Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide highly professional (rapid response) care services to older adults living in their own home including, but not limited to:
- Administering medication
- Personal care assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Companionship
- Light household duties
- Shopping and errands
You will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with break each day between 2.30pm and 4pm.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential
- Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
- You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
- Full drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
