**The position of Warehouse Operative involves**:

- Using a Counterbalance & Reach Truck to load and unload orders for our customers.
- Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch whilst handling all goods with care and attention.
- Replenishing and consolidation of stock when required.
- General housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment.
- Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes to include reporting any defects.

**Essential skills required for Warehouse Operative**:

- Hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence. Reach forklift licence is also advantageous, although full inhouse training can be provided.
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
