**Job overview**

Reporting into the Management team, you will be responsible for exceeding our customers' expectations by delivering outstanding service throughout the store, ensuring that you always deliver the very highest standard of pet care and build strong working relationships within the store team and with our customers. You will actively seek to grow your knowledge and expertise for the benefit of our customers and their pets.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 5.5 per week

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

All team members are required to observe strict hygiene measures and occupancy levels in certain areas.

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Pet Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
