International Nanny/ Governess

A young family based in **EAST ASIA**, looking for a **British nanny/ governess** to **RELOCATE **and help their **two young sons** (ages 5 & 7). This is a **LONG TERM** position.

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8am and 2.30pm to 8pm. And one evening a week as a babysitter.

**Structure**: 21 days holidays to be taken during Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays; 1 months’ notice to be given and holiday to be taken outside of school holidays.
Notice Period: 3 months

**Accommodation**: Provided close to the family’s home (not live-in)

**Salary**: Full-time salary, based on experience but above £90,000 per year, with business class flights to/ from home

**Other Staff**: After School tutor, another British nanny. Plus fully staffed household

**Responsibilities**:

- Looking after all **daily care requirements** including **school runs**, homework, bath time, bedtime, etc.
- Efficiently **managing weekly schedules,** including school activities, hobbies, appointments, and playdates
- Assisting with relevant **birthday presents** and cards for the children’s friends
- Keeping an eye on project and **homework deadlines**:

- Organizing play dates, activities and outings to **socialize, educate, and engage**:

- Assisting with **educational development **where possible (i.e. engaging them both with homework, school projects etc.)
- Knowing when to step-in and step-out when the mother is around
- Ordering and **monitoring stocks and supplies**:

- Contributing to smooth running of household where possible
- Performing a**dministrative tasks **whilst the children are in school, as well as **running errands**:

- **Preparing for family travel**, assisting with packing and unpacking luggage
- **Traveling with the family **for special occasions as needed
- Cleaning & Laundry_

A housekeeper will be at the property to ensure the large housekeeping tasks are taken care of, however the nanny may be required to assist sometimes with the below.
- **Tidying **the children’s bedrooms and play areas, and the kitchen if preparing meals or snacks
- **Light laundry **for the children, including changing bed linens

Pay: £100,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
