Panel Technician

MBA are looking for a Panel Technician to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Liverpool. This would be a perfect role for an experienced Technician who is looking to work with premium brands at an ever-evolving company.
The client is a family run business and first started selling cars in 1960 and since then have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for body repairs and replacements, orderingrelevant parts and completing the work to the highest of standards.
In return, the Panel Technician can expect a salary of £32,000, with an OTE between £35,500. There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events,Staff Discounts, Subsidised Car Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Major and Minor Repairs
Fault finding and diagnosis
Working towards efficiency and productivity targets
Completing road tests with customers
Liaising with other depts within the centre ensuring all are kept up to date
Skills & Requirements
Experienced & Qualified Technician (NVQ L3 or equivalent)
Preferably Senior ATA qualified
Experience working in the mechanical, electrical or trim field
Strong work ethic and approach to efficiency and productivity
Passionate about the automotive industry
Keen to learn and develop
