Sales Co-ordinator

**Are you an experienced Sales Co-ordinator?**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Broadstairs for a Sales Co-ordinator to work for one of our clients who specialises in high quality manufacturing of curtains and blinds.

In this role you would be working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm, 36.25 hrs/wk.

Our client is offering a competitive salary depending on experience.

**As the Sales Co-ordinator your responsibilities would include**:

- Handling customer enquiries
- Processing orders and monitoring order progress
- Preparing quotations
- Providing the highest level of customer service possible
- Liaising with other departments and external suppliers to ensure customer deliveries are correct and on time
- Creating practical procedures incorporating checks for accuracy
- Problem solving, researching the facts, and resolving issues
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Sales Co-ordinator Person Specification**:

- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and work independently
- Enthusiastic, confident, and friendly
- A good team player
