**Overview**
**Duties**
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any suspicious behaviour or potential hazards.
- Manage crowd control during peak times to ensure a smooth flow of patrons.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
- Utilise CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities within the venue.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the wellbeing of all individuals on-site.
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, interventions, and any relevant communications.
- Enforce Challenge 25 Policy
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within security or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Certification in First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- A valid Door Supervisor licence is essential.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.87-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
