Patient Customer Experience Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Patient Customer Experience Administrator for an expanding private hospital. You will be based in Canterbury, but must have the ability to travel to the Margate and Ashford sites on occasion. Our client is lookingfor enthusiastic and welcoming administrators to support a group of Consultants in differing speciality fields across their hospital sites in Kent.
This is a 37.5 hours per week role, over a 7 day week (Monday to Sunday) rotating rota, with weekends currently being one a month, plus occasional holiday cover. You will receive a healthy 30% enhancement for any Saturday worked, and 60% for Sundays.
Our ideal applicant will have Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above, proven experience working with the public (both over the phone and face to face), experience of booking appointments, excellent IT skills (including Word, Excel & Outlook).Also outstanding communication & customer service skills are a necessity, as is being a self-motivated team player who is organised and methodical, and flexible as and when the business requires.
The rewards for this role are a salary of £19,600 to £20,600 pa, depending on experience and qualifications, plus the following:
