**Responsibilities**
- Support and participate in young people's social, life-long learning plans and recreational activities in line with care plans, trips out and holidays
- Participate in Staff and young peoples' meetings as and when required. Maintain appropriate records as directed
- Maintain professional knowledge and competence
- Promote safe working practice within exceptional care
- Facilitate and support young people in decision making. Promote choice and involvement

- Decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Shifts**
- Full time or bank
- 2 on 4 off with Sleep ins

**Pay**
- £10.90 per hour
- £46.25 Per Sleep

**Salary**: £28,222.00 per year
