_Customer Aftercare/Maintenance Assistant _
This is an office-based job, initially part time, with the scope to become full time for the right person.
DGK Construction Ltd is looking for someone who has excellent organisational, numerical and time management skills and is computer literate in the use of all MS programmes.
You must be self-motivated, with strong oral and written communication skills required to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
Experience working in customer care is preferred but some training will be given.
**Job Role**
Manage and monitor customer works orders, defects and maintenance onto spreadsheet, and liaise with client, resident and operatives to get works booked in quickly and efficiently.
Liaise with Manager to continually review defects monitoring and reporting.
Ensure customer care standards are met at all times, have regard for duty of care information and GDPR requirements.
Assist with administration and general office duties when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: From £13,000.00 per year
