**Salary**: £30,000 + Commission (£35,000 - £40,000 Year 1 on target earnings).

We’re now looking to expand our team by bringing in a **Senior Client Advisor** who is passionate about delivering top-tier service — and willing to learn the ins and outs of the property world. **Role Overview**:
As a **Senior Client Advisor** at MacGregor Property, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, offering high-touch, personalised service to buyers and sellers. While you don’t need any prior estate agency experience, we are looking for individuals with an exceptional attitude, a passion for luxury service, and a keen desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
You will be part of a dynamic team, guided and mentored by our CEO, Michael, to become a trusted property advisor. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless and bespoke client experience from start to finish — understanding client needs, offering tailored advice, and building long-lasting relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor throughout their property journey.
- **Personalised Client Service**: Offer a premium service that reflects the values of MacGregor Property — attentive, empathetic, and completely client-focused.
- **Consultative Advisory**: Help clients navigate their property decisions, providing valuable insights and advice tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- **Property Viewings & Negotiations**: Lead property viewings and assist in negotiations, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for both buyers and sellers.
- **Seamless End-to-End Service**: Manage the property transaction process from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring clients are informed and supported at every stage.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our support team to ensure all back-office processes align with the high level of service we offer our clients.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Represent the MacGregor Property brand to the highest standard, embodying our values of luxury, integrity, and exceptional service.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Luxury Service Experience**: You’ve worked in a high-end, customer-facing role in industries such as luxury retail, hospitality, fine dining, or other service-based sectors. You know how to provide an exceptional experience for clients.
- **Outstanding Communication Skills**: You’re confident and articulate, able to engage clients with empathy, professionalism, and a warm approach.
- **Client-Centric Mindset**: You thrive on building meaningful relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and well taken care of at all times.
- **Strong Emotional Intelligence**: You understand people, can read between the lines, and know how to connect with clients on a personal level.
- **Problem Solver & Proactive**: You’re not afraid to take the initiative and find creative solutions to meet client needs and overcome challenges.
- **Keen Learner**: You may not have experience in estate agency, but you’re eager to learn and grow in this industry. Training will be provided, and we are looking for individuals who are open to new knowledge and challenges.
- **Team Player**: You work well with others, collaborating and supporting your colleagues to ensure the best client experience possible.
**What You’ll Get**:
- **Competitive Salary & Commission**: £30,000 / year Salary + Bonus. This rewarding pay structure that reflects your passion for service and dedication to your clients. You should earn £35,000 - £40,000 in year 1.
