**THE ROLE**

As a Duty Manager you will...
- Help the Assistant Manager and the General
Manager
- Help with opening and closing procedures
- Look after our guests
- Supervise the team
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our
mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to
return.

waiting staff with a drive to grow, this role could be for you.

**THE LOCATION**

The restaurant is in the centre of town, only a minute’s walk from the theatre and the High Street, surrounded by clubs and bars and within easy reach of the cathedral, castle and rail station. Prezzo Winchester’s large windows allow make its chic, moderninterior feel bright and airy. The restaurant is split into four sections, and is ideal for large parties and family dining. A small patio at the back offers the ideal retreat form the bustle of the busy, historic town.
