Practice Support Co-ordinator

Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and conscientious Practice Support Co-ordinator to provide a comprehensive administration service to our Multi Agency & Support Teams (MAST) to allow delivery of services to children, young people, families, and carers through multi-disciplinary teams.
This is a pivotal role to the smooth running and organisation of the MAST Social work teams. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from staff and partner agency professionals and will provide key support in updating our Customer Record management system called MOSAIC, processing reports, raising, and processing financial transactions and producing key statistical information, along with detailed minute taking as well as more general business support tasks including organising meetings and diary management.
