- Both temporary and permanent Career Team Leader positions available (£25 - £27 per hour for temporary team leaders)
- Assume a leadership role in the formulation and execution of a strategic plan for Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG)
- Provide guidance to College Management and Senior Management Teams regarding policies, strategies, and resource management

- Level 6 qualification in IAG or be able to evidence experience high quality guidance in a school/college environment.
- You should be able to demonstrate a comprehension of Government policies and initiatives related to learning and skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the education and qualification system
