**Job Description**:
**What will I be doing as an Administrator?**

Your main goal for this role is to work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of designated key corporate customer accounts, ensuring the customer needs are dealt with professionally

You will:

- Work closely with several Account Directors to manage the day-to-day client expectations
- Pro-actively manage outstanding jobs - these include the order, service and callouts
- Manage the visit reports and quotations that we provide to our customer
- Support the successful resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business
- Prepare and submit valuable data such as weekly/monthly/annually KPI information

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

We promote a **flexible working hours model** where possible, and strive to accommodate earlier start / finish times i.e. **9.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 4.30pm** | We will also consider 4 day working weeks

**To be successful in your new role**:
Ideally you will have a working administrative background within high volume or complex contracts environment, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
