Langland care ltd is looking for a reliable, honest, and hard-working Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
**Performing maintenance and repairs to our commercial buildings and grounds.**
- Providing on-site maintenance and cleaning services.
- Providing on-site maintenance and cleaning services to our care homes.
- Completing projects as directed by the director.
- Providing on-site maintenance.
- Completing projects as directed by the director.

Qualifications:
**Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.**
- Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to handle aggressive customers with grace and professionalism.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check drug test and DMV physical exam.

**Salary**: £600.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
