HR Systems Specialist

Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be collaborating with our longstanding client in their search for a HR Systems Implementation Lead for a period of c. 3-4 months. This is a remote role with the requirement to occasionally visit their offices in Reading approximately once every two weeks.
Our client is a privately owned utilities and infrastructure company who are embarking upon a period of transformation. This role is a critical aspect of this transformation journey in which you will oversee the implementation of their new HR system.
You will have demonstrable experience in HR system implementation with the ability to work independently with full oversight of the project. You will be reporting directly to the HR Director on the progress of the project, providing regular updates.
This opportunity would ideally suit a HR Systems Specialist who is looking to embark on a new project with a down to earth yet highly professional teams while being able to work flexible and remotely to maintain a health work/life balance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Have full oversight on the implementation of the new HR system.
- Regularly provide updates to the HR Director and other key internal stakeholders regarding the implementation's progress.
- Act as the primary port of call for all enquiries relating to the system implementation.
- Liaise regularly with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
**Key Skills and Attributes**:
- Significant previous experience implementing HR systems company wide.
- A proactive communicator, providing regular updates on the progress of the implementation.
- Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently at pace.
On offer is a day rate of c. £350 plus remote, flexible working.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to £350.00 per day
