Our recent growth has created an opening for an experienced professional with a background in Data Governance or eDiscovery to support our growing global footprint. This role will be based in our Washington, DC office and will work closely with the entire Global Data Governance and Forensics (DGF)team. We are seeking an individual to support our projects from initial phases and through closedown by utilizing sound analytical skills and attention to detail and to provide support to Middle and Senior management.
This is an ideal role for somebody who learns on the fly, communicates well at all levels, is technically minded, works flexibly with a variety of team members and enjoys solving problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support projects through all EDRM phases
- Work directly with the DGF team and external counsel to ensure deliverables are completed
- Execute day-to-day activities on client engagements as assigned by senior team members
- Participate in initiatives to improve capabilities of the practice
- Support the team prepare and present reports and presentations by way of providing input on areas assigned
- Research and highlight opportunities on emerging technologies and market offerings/ legislation to support existing clients
- Make process improvement suggestions to Middle and Senior Management and embrace and implement process changes, as required
- Demonstrate an understanding of risks associated with various engagements and raise risks appropriately
- Support new and less experienced members of the team to understand delivery expectations, tools and techniques and share best practice
- Build and maintain relationships with delivery level contacts on projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Sciences, Law, Accounting or other relevant field
- 1-3 years industry work experience in consulting, client-facing / internal stakeholder management role
- Professional attitude and strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate experience managing and prioritising own workload effectively to effectively handle concurrent and conflicting deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrable ability to clearly articulate complex and technical findings in written form for a variety of audiences
- Hands on experience of providing input into elements of report content and other related deliverables for presentation to clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an enquiring mind
- Preferred familiarity of any of the following domains: Data Governance, eDiscovery, digital forensics; EDRM data processing and error handling, visualisation improvements, machine learning, data science, international compliance standards and data privacy laws
- Preferred knowledge in the use of Relativity or similar document review platforms, Encase, and FTK
