**Office Christmas**has an exciting opportunity for an**Christmas Events Sales Exec**to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team. You will be working on a **full time, 6 month contract**, in return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of **£10.25 per hour plus bonuses and incentives.**

**About the **Christmas Events Sales Exec** role**:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and focused person to join our Christmas Party Specialists team. This role involves selling and organising Christmas parties, and delivering first-class customer service throughout. You will be answering the phoneand responding to all Christmas enquiries in a timely, confident and professional manner in order to maximise sales conversion.

**Key responsibilities of our **Christmas Events Sales Exec**:

- See events through from initial enquiry, to booking and completion with the relevant suppliers
- Answer calls and make outgoing calls to progress existing event proposals
- Listen to the client’s event requirements and put forward shared and private Christmas party options with exciting inclusions that fulfil the client’s needs
- Offer a high-quality, knowledgeable and trustworthy service to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-lasting working relationships with customers and suppliers
- Work with our close-knit team to ensure an efficient and successful Christmas season

**What we’re looking for in our **Christmas Events Sales Exec**:

- You will be an exceptional communicator and happy to talk to anyone; our clients, colleagues and suppliers
- You will have Sales experience, or similar transferable experience
- You will have excellent administration skills, be well organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
- You will have experience managing a large pipeline and will be highly effective at prioritising workload
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a great team player
- Confident in your IT skills with experience using Microsoft Word / Excel or similar
- Attention to detail is essential
- Determined and motivated to achieve targets
- You will have a strong work ethic with a drive to achieve at the highest standards
