A talented UK qualified Paralegal, experienced Legal Assistant or Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience in **Private Client,**is now required by our progressive legal client within their **Estate Administration department**.

The role is available on a flexible Hybrid basis, dependant on location therefore the jobholder is not required to live close by but must be within a reasonable commuting distance to be able to work in the office on an ad-hoc basis.

The role will be based within their specialist **Private Client**department dealing with a range of **Estate Administration**cases from low to high value. As a Paralegal, you will manage a full case-load of cases with mínimal supervision. Some may be complex and therefore good experience and skills in this area of law are paramount. You’ll beconfident processing client work allocated to you as well as proactively getting involved in business development for the team.

You will be confident in handling your own files and working with modest supervision.

**The role will involve**:
Handling your own Estate Administration cases from start to finish

Working closely with other fee-earners, researching and analysing data

Opening files and preparing case notes

Dealing with funds and estate accounts

Drafting documents

Taking ownership of cases and working with mínimal supervision

Handling estate accounts

Court work where appropriate

Business development for the department

**Skills required**:
A strong general legal background

Knowledge of Estate Administration and Probate matters

Drafting skills

Passionate and enthusiastic to progress their legal career

Good IT skills including Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised and efficient

An effective team player

Strong time management skills

Good academic record including a Law Degree and/or LPC qualification or ILEX, part or fully qualified

A professional approach when dealing colleagues and clients alike. Previous experience gained within Private Client departments would be an advantage.

This is a permanent, full time role available on a flexible hybrid basis. There is an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to progress within a high profile department.
