**Part Time - 25 hours per week**
**Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm**:

- We are also open to an alternative working pattern of 5 hours per day between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday_**
As part of our valuable retention team, you’ll speak to Simplyhealth customers who may want to cancel their policy or review their existing cover. You’ll listen carefully to understand their situation and communicate with confidence - finding creative solutions to any concerns.

With a range of options at your disposal, including plan changes or free cover periods - you’ll tailor your approach to each customer, ensuring everyone you speak to feels valued and satisfied with their individual outcome.

You’ll combine empathetic customer service with effective sales skills to support the retention aims of the business whilst prioritising the needs of our customer.

**Please note this role will be predominantly homebased in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend ad-hoc meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines.**

Our retention team are friendly, supportive and enjoy helping each other out. They have a variety of work experience across all sectors and have drive, enthusiasm, and confidence on the phone in common.

We’re looking for a committed and dedicated Advisor, someone who is looking to build a career in customer sales and retention. You’ll share the same passion for hitting targets and be motivated to do the right thing for our customers, ensuring they continue to look after their everyday health. Your ability to engage with customers and provide a positive experience will be key to your success.

You’ll be a clear, positive communicator with experience of telephone-based customer service and, ideally, a good grasp of sales. Working in a fast-paced role you’ll thrive in taking on challenging situations and be confident with difficult conversations. Organised and pro-active, you’ll feel right at home in our energetic and high performing team.

- Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
- 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
