**Job Description**:
Due to our continued growth we are recruiting a brand new role in one of our digital teams, Graduate Digital Product Support Analyst (12 month FTC).

Working alongside the Product Manager, Business Analysts and users from our scientific community your role is to understand the business requirements, propose solution design and ultimately configure the system.
- Review user requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure the system based on these functional specifications
- Follow up and report on the progress of actions
- Write or support the write up of test scripts
- Initially work as part of the project implementation team and further support the system upon go-live as BAU
- Continually strive to improve ELN/LIMS functionality, identify, contribute and evaluate opportunities always with our end customers in mind
- Liaise with Abcam Digital and external vendor where necessary to discover and implement new features

**Qualifications**:
Degree educated in a relevant field the successful applicant will have a solid understanding of SQL, Excel, Macros and Forms. If you have this and have strong analysis skills, a logical thinker and people person we would love to hear from you.
